Lilawati Ahmed also known as Leta was born in Guyana, South America and is currently residing in NY, United States of America. She has been a Guyanese-American entrepreneur since the last 2 decades. She founded and operated two garment manufacturing companies located in the heart of the garment industry in New York City. With her enriched experience in global sourcing, she traveled extensively to explore business opportunities even outside the fields of garment related sourcing and manufacturing. Besides her entrepreneurial quality, Leta also is an active member of the New York Women Chamber of Commerce, an organization for minority women in business.

Mr. Ram initially graduated as a software engineer and developed several complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and several bespoke software for various organisations by leading a team of software developers as a senior systems analyst. He was leading a software development company for several years and later graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Victoria University, Australia. In his free time, he developed a passion for working with the community to help troubled youth and achieved a diploma in counselling to improve his counselling skills and better understand young troubled persons to assimilate them into mainstream society.

He is a certified holder of the Aptitude for the Consultant Profession (CAMEC) at the Communication and Business Development Center (CCDE) allowing him to have a mastery in monitoring and evaluation of projects. With his rich background and professionalism in financing private projects for States and their governments. He is the ideal addition to Vaamaa Forex.
