VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited hereby declares and clarifies that it is not an authorised foreign exchange dealer, authorised money changer, foreign exchange service provider, remittance company, currency exchange business or any other entity engaged in regulated foreign exchange or money-changing activities.
VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited does not hold itself out as, and shall not represent itself as, an entity authorised or licensed to undertake foreign exchange or money-changing business, including the purchase, sale, exchange or dealing of foreign currency as a regulated money-changing activity.
The use of the name “VAAMAA FOREX” is part of the Company’s corporate and business identity and must not be interpreted as an indication that the Company is licensed, authorised or registered to conduct foreign exchange, currency exchange, money-changing, remittance or similar regulated financial activities.
VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited does not provide services involving the acceptance of funds from customers for currency conversion, foreign currency exchange, remittance, transfer of funds or any other activity requiring specific regulatory authorisation as an authorised foreign exchange dealer or money changer.
Where a business transaction independently involves foreign currency, international payments, banking services, remittances or other regulated financial or foreign-exchange activities, such activities shall be undertaken directly by the relevant authorised bank, financial institution, authorised dealer, money changer or other appropriately licensed and regulated entity, as applicable.
VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited’s activities are limited to its stated management consultancy, business advisory, strategic facilitation, market intelligence, project consultancy and business solution services, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Declaration
VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited expressly declares that:
“VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited is not an authorised foreign exchange dealer or money changer and is not engaged in the business of foreign exchange dealing, currency exchange, money changing or regulated foreign exchange remittance activities.”
No communication, website content, proposal, agreement, presentation, promotional material, correspondence or other document issued by VAAMAA FOREX Services Private Limited shall be construed as an offer to provide, or a representation that the Company provides, regulated foreign exchange or money-changing services.
This disclaimer is issued for clarification and avoidance of misunderstanding and shall be read in conjunction with the Company’s other applicable terms, disclosures and legal disclaimers.
